At 3:47 a.m. the fourth floor belongs to you, the rain, and a humming server closet. For fourteen months you've chased a new idea for a language model. The small experiments were promising; tonight your first full-scale training run finished, and the results are far beyond anything you dared hope. Nobody else has seen them yet.
What you do next is entirely up to you. Tell someone or tell no one. Scale it further, pick it apart, or guard it. Every person you meet and every place you go is drawn as the story unfolds, and the world remembers what you've done.
